Delivery & Order Info


• I cannot be held responsible for any customs charges incurred on orders.

• When ordering, please ensure any names or lettering to be included is spelt correctly. This cannot be changed passed the pencil sketch stage.

• Due to the nature of the pieces, I do not offer refunds due to the time taken to create them :)

• During busy periods, orders can take up to one month to ship. I will keep you informed about the timescale of your commission from the start. Custom pieces usually take around 2 weeks to complete.

• If you have a specific time line in mind, please let me know when you're ordering. Alternatively, you can select the "rush order" option when purchasing (additional cost applies)

• All orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service, and ceramics sent using a local courier service.

• Please note all work created is for personal use and cannot be sold or used for monetary gain.
